Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment Terms: All payments are to be made in the US Dollar or BDT, unless otherwise specified. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon checkout.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.
- Special Offers: Cancellation policies for special offers or packages will be detailed at the time of booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Late check-out time is 2:00 PM.
Guest Responsibilities
- Identification: Valid identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
- Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest who behaves inappropriately.
Liability
- Personal Belongings: FARS Hotel & Resorts is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe or safety deposit boxes available at the front desk.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for processing your booking and ensuring your stay is comfortable. This includes contact details, payment information, and special requests.
- Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
